Key Ingredients

Ground Beef Onions Pickles Mustard Cheese, optional Buns

- STEP 1 -

Make the Burger Patties: Shape the ground beef into four equal-sized burger patties that are slightly bigger than the buns.  Lightly season each patty. Place the burger patties on a cookie or baking sheet and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

- STEP 2 -

Cook your Burgers: Preheat your grill, griddle, or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.

- STEP 4 -

Melt the cheese: During the last minute or so of grilling, add a slice of cheese to each patty and cover each one with a lid to help the cheese get fully melted.

- STEP 5 -

Assemble the burgers: Spread your preferred mustard on the top buns and set it aside. To the bottom bun add the diced onions then top with a cooked cheeseburger. Place 4-5 pickle slices on top of each patty then top with the top bun. Enjoy with your favorite burger side.
