– lacinato kale – salmon – panko breadcrumbs – Parmigiano Reggiano – Caesar dressing

Make the homemade Caesar dressing. You can also use your favorite store-bought Caesar dressing.
Brush the salmon with butter and then top with smoked paprika, orange pepper, onion powder, and kosher salt. Bake until done.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan and then toast panko breadcrumbs until golden-brown
Clean and dry the kale then remove the ribs/spines and cut into ribbons.
Toss the ribbons of kale with salt, black pepper, and dressing. Top with breadcrumbs, cheese, and salmon prior to serving.
