Cook the Onions, Peppers, and Chorizo: In a frying pan cook the chorizo until brown, for approximately 6-8 minutes. Add onions and peppers and cook for 2 minutes or until they begin to soften.
Add the Chips: Add tortilla chips and combine with the chorizo, onion, and peppers.
Cook the Eggs: Once tortillas chips have browned, add the whisked eggs and stir occasionally until the eggs are set.
Add the Cheese: Fold in the cheese stirring just enough to combine. Remove from heat as the cheese begins to melt.
