Cranberry Pecan Turkey Salad

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups turkey breast, cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well to combine. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Serve on crackers, on a sandwich, or on a bed of mixed greens.
