Red Sangria

Equipment

  • Large Pitcher

Ingredients  

  • 1 bottle Spanish wine
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 orange, rind on, sliced
  • 1 lemon, rind on, sliced
  • 1 lime, rind on, sliced

Instructions 

  • Add the wine, brandy, simple syrup, orange juice, orange slices, lemon slices, and lime slices to a large pitcher.  Stir to well combine.  Taste and add a few more teaspoons of simple syrup, if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  • Serve the sangria over ice.
