Dips and Salsas

We make a lot of dips and salsas at home, partly because they’re easy and partly because they make even simple meals taste better. There is something about a bowl of salsa or queso just gets the snacking started without anyone having to think about it.

Our Spicy Pico de Gallo and Green Chile Salsa disappear fast once the chips hit the table.

When we want something warm and melty, Hatch Queso or Tex-Mex Queso is an easy win. Grilled Avocado Guacamole is a summer must have dip, and Habanero Mango Salsa is the one we pull out for friends who like more heat. For something a little more indulgent, Crab Spinach Artichoke Dip or Jalapeño Pimento Cheese never seems to last long.

Whether it’s game day, taco night, or everyone’s just hanging around the kitchen, these are the dips and salsas that keep the chips moving.
