Frozen Aperol Spritz

Equipment

  • Small Pitcher
  • 2-3 Ice Trays
  • Blender

Ingredients  

  • 10 ounces Aperol
  • 5 ounces water
  • 4 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 15 ounces Prosecco

Instructions 

  • Combine the Aperol, water, and orange juice in a pitcher.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice trays and freeze until firm, preferably overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Transfer the ice cubes to a blender and add Prosecco, then blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into 4 chilled wine or cocktail glasses and top off with more Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice.
