People always seem to gather in the kitchen first, so we like having a few easy starters ready before the rest of the meal comes together.

Hatch Queso and Spicy Pico de Gallo are simple to make and tend to disappear first. If we want something warm from the oven, our Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Tartlets or Stuffed Mushrooms with Chorizo are always a hit.

Our Charcuterie Skewers only take only a few minutes to assemble and are a great alternative to a traditional charcuterie board. And when we need something more filling, Carne Asada Nachos or Poke Nachos always do the job.
