We love a good ranch dressing, but really hate all the unhealthy fat in the typical mayonnaise or oil-based creamy dressings. This avocado ranch dressing takes our favorite dressing to the next level, replacing heavy mayo with creamy avocado and Greek yogurt. It’s perfect in our BLT pasta salad or drizzled over our chicken salad tostadas.

Pro-tip: This dressing only lasts about 3-5 days in the refrigerator, so only make as much as you need.

1. Combine Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper, then blend/pulse until smooth. Scrape down the sides a couple of times between pulses. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk to thin the dressing to get your desired consistency. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerator until needed.

  • 4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
