We have a soft spot for Italy and always come home from our trips with new ideas for the kitchen. Some of our favorite meals are the simple ones, like Pasta Carbonara, Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, and Pasta alla Gricia, which make weeknights easy.

When we want something richer, we go for dishes like Rigatoni al Forno, Rigatoni all’Amatriciana, Creamy Mushroom Pasta, or Gnocchi with Asparagus in Lemon Cream Sauce.

On weekends, we’ll make something that needs longer to cook, like Italian Gravy, Osso Buco, or Braised Duck Leg.
